The Locomotion Movement | self-assessment

The movement is:
1. Legs together.
2. Squeeze.
3. Draw one side back.
4. Open legs.
6. Bring that side forward,
repeat

Sense which direction is more difficult to bring the hip back. That’s the direction you lift and draw back with The Locomotion movement, done sidelying (see link at the end).
