Use this exercise to distribute the effects of the exercise called, Reciprocity, for greater comfort and to minimize that exercises “stirring things up” after-effects.

Such after effects are inevitable, when correcting pelvic bone structure when it has been in a dysfunctional pattern. Some discomfort is likely until you are well on your way to a healthy pelvic structure.
