You do this part of Gentle Spine Waves at the end of every practice session of Comfort Your S-I Joints, Units 1 and 2.

Part 1 of Gentle Spine Waves relaxes the spinal musculature; Part 2 takes up the slack created by elongating your spine.

At the beginning of every Unit 2 practice section, you do Gentle Spine Waves and the Sidelying Sacral Self-Decompression; at the end, you do Gentle Spine Waves, Part 2, ending the practice session with a centering and elongating movement.
